Marc Avanzo is a Mobius Senior Consultant and Executive Coach based in Sarajevo and Lyon. With a background in electrical engineering and business (MBA from INSEAD Paris), he shifted career twenty years ago to hone his skills as a leadership practitioner.
Marc is an ICF PCC coach accredited by both Results Coaching Solutions and Coach for Life and is a founding member of the ICF Delhi chapter. He is a certified Non Violent Communication trainer, and certified in MBTI II, Leadership Circle, Hogan assessment tool, Technology of Participation (TOP), Influence Edge and Moral Leadership.
With extensive experience collaborating with prestigious institutions like INSEAD and McKinsey & Company, Marc has spearheaded ambitious long-term change programs across India, Asia, and Europe, showcasing his expertise in personal transformation workshops, one-on-one coaching, and strategic execution.
At ERAC 2024, Marc will sensitize us about the special types of disconnections and collective trauma between us and how to overcome those disconnections by a power of choice.
