How did AA Croatia Started

After a few years, we realized there was significant interest, with hundreds of alumni from all over Croatia participating in various activities throughout the year. This led us to consider forming an association and establishing formal membership.

Full membership

we were admitted to full membership in AIESEC Alumni Europe

In 2024, we will celebrate a full 10 years of continuous activity within the AIESEC Alumni community. It all started with Ivica Baraba, who was inspired by more active European alumni communities at a conference in Budapest. Shortly after, he gathered the first group of enthusiasts. The first meetings, social events, AlumNites engaging talks and later conferences began with the current AIESEC community and eventually became independent.

We successfully achieved this in 2022, gaining the support of our members during our Connect to Impact conference. The formal establishment of the association occurred on [insert date here].

In 2023, we were admitted to full membership in AIESEC Alumni Europe. Our efforts have also been recognized with several awards by AAE in the past years: Award of Activation Success (2023), Award of Biggest Growth (2022) and one more Award of Biggest Growth (2019).
