About Us
From 2023, we are full members of AIESEC Alumni Europe
It all started with Ivica Baraba, who was inspired by more active European alumni communities at a conference in Budapest. Shortly after, he gathered the first group of enthusiasts. The first meetings, social events, AlumNites engaging talks and later conferences began with the current AIESEC community and eventually became independent.
Our work
Our work is presented trough 3 pillars
AIESEC guided us as students in shaping our path and working towards our shared vision of peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. As adults, AIESEC remains influential, and we can continue to play a role in realizing this vision. AIESEC Alumni Croatia offers the platform to engage and empower Croatian Alumni in a meaningful way and inspire leadership by connecting Croatian Alumni to impact their community through the following 3 pillars:

AA Croatia connects students and alumni through events, news, and shared governance to foster a vibrant, educational community.
Alumni to Alumni
AA Croatia unites alumni through diverse events, nurtures growth via AlumniTalks, and bolsters global engagement in informal and international forums.

We are currently exploring initiatives that include Croatian youth engagement and leadership skills building, aligned with our purpose.
