- What does the fee with accommodation include? The fee with accommodation includes agenda participation, all the meals, room at the hotel, and coffee breaks.
- What does the fee without accommodation include? The fee without accommodation includes agenda participation, meals, and coffee breaks.
- Can you recommend another accommodation? We do not have alternative arrangements for accommodation but you can book there are many alternative options in Zagreb (hostels, AirBnb, etc.). Feel free to book it by yourself.
- Can I come with my child and what is the hotel policy for children? You can come with your child. The children aged 0 – 6,99 do not need to pay. The children aged 7 – 11,99 years pay 50% of the price if they do not have their own bed. If they have their own bed they pay the full price. Children older than 12 pay the full price.
- What is the deadline for ERAC registration? The deadline is: 4th of April 2024 for ERAC registration.
- What is the deadline for paying the Conference fee? The deadline is: 6th of April 2024 for paying the Conference fee.
