Ronald Guzman

Ronald joined AIESEC Venezuela in 2007. Living a full AIESEC experience was not strange to him. From obtaining the position of Communications Officer, facilitating sessions, chairing and organizing conferences to participating in countless others and embarking twice on the exchange program, this AIESECer has pretty much done “it” the AIESEC way.
But he did “it” the AIESEC way even more …
Ronald studied International Politics and completed his master’s degree in International Humanitarian Action. He used to work in the corporate sector in Tunisia and Venezuela. Nevertheless, it was thanks to AIESEC that he became a humanitarian worker after having an internship in Pakistan during the floods in 2010. Ronald worked in both conflict-affected areas (Colombia, South Sudan) and post-disaster settings (Pakistan).
Since 2015, this restless fighter and a warm person has been leading humanitarian operations for refugees in Germany, published a book and just launched a start-up (GU Hub) to tackle migration issues.
At ERAC 2024, Ronald will talk about “Migration & Integration; are we facing a global issue?”
