Peter is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex and innovative regulated IT products within both corporate and startup environments. Peter’s leadership style is all about the principle “Leaders eat last.” This isn’t just a mantra for him; it’s a way of life. He’s all about rolling up his sleeves and serving his team, empowering them to reach new heights.
His journey with AIESEC began during his university studies in Kosice, Slovakia, where he was an active member. Following a transformative experience during an ERAC in Ischia in 2023, Peter reconnected with AIESEC after 20 years and now he’s holding a position as VP Alumni Engagement within AIESEC Europe.
In his professional career, Peter has managed numerous NGO projects focusing on education, security, arts, and culture before transitioning to the fin-tech, IT, and med-tech industries. As a partner in a consulting firm, Peter represents independent IT product and service providers, facilitating their cross-border expansion aspirations. Peter brings a wealth of experience from both startups and large corporations, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape. However, what truly distinguishes him is his unwavering commitment to innovation. He is an advocate for an agile, user-centric, and value-driven approach to achieving objectives, setting a high standard for effective execution.
