Martina is currently serving as President of CroAI (Croatian AI Association) and is also responsible for partnerships at Mindsmiths. She excels in fostering dialogue and connecting diverse individuals. Her proactive leadership has led to the integration of tech education in Croatian schools, engaging thousands of students and mentors. Martina’s strategic project management and partnership initiatives have contributed significantly to organizational growth and sustainability, showcasing her commitment to creating inclusive communities and fostering continuous learning.
As the former President of AIESEC in Zagreb, Martina showcased her knack for leading with vision and purpose, a trait that still drives her today.
At ERAC 2024, Martina will host a panel discussion ”Harnessing AI for the benefit of the business, academia and civil society”.
