Bojana started her AIESEC journey in 2002 in LC Zagreb and has been actively involved as a member, trainer, VP HR and was a member of many project teams. She started her professional career in catering business, and in 2010 switched her career as HR Business Partner in INA, d.d. From 2018 she leads Retail Training and Development team and is responsible for Onboarding, F2F and online educations, mentoring and coaching of Sales Staff. She is involved in different development projects within the Company.
