Ana is a trauma informed and somatic based relationship coach. She helps people have more fulfilling and honest connections & relationships. By education she is a VITA™ certified Sex, love & relationship coach, Conscious Dating coach and Women’s empowerment coach. She’s also a certified womb healing circle facilitator by Womben Wellness. Ana helped hundreds of people to find more happiness in their love-lives and has become passionate about teaching what schools don’t teach: conscious love, dating, communication and relationships.
By academic qualifications Ana hold’s two Master’s degrees in International Business and Economics and she used to work for 15 years in corporate global managerial positions before becoming a life coach. Ana currently lives in Athens. She is married to a wonderful Greek man and has two children.
